How To Get Really Clear Skin – Skin Care Routine Steps
- Oil cleansers
The first step to getting clear skin begins with removing all make up with an oil cleanser to get out all gunk and grime. Massage it all over your face and neck, and then emulsify the cleanser using lukewarm water. Thoroughly massage again and use splashes of water to rinse the excessive make up off.
- Water based cleanse
Next is a second cleanse with a water based or foam cleanser. So apply to face and remove all traces of the oil based cleanser. This is a double cleanse and will leave your skin very clean and free from any makeup, dirt, bacteria or grime.
This step should be done 2 or 3 times a week, don’t exfoliate every day; but doing it at least once or twice a week will give you the polished and clear skin that K-pop celebrities adorn. Dead skin cells have no business on your face – and only make your skin look dull and dry! Be gentle with the exfoliating if you have sensitive skin.
The purpose of the toner is to dampen your skin and bring a balance to the pH levels, otherwise rehydrating becomes tough as the skin is dried. Just sprinkle some onto your hands and apply it on your skin.
Essence is at the very heart of the Korean skin care routine as it helps in cell turnover and skin repair. Apply the serum or toner to your face and gently pat it all in.
…In the West this is one of the products we need to add in our beauty routine…essences. They are really good for your skin and if you buy them through the link below ,they are also really affordable, so your skin won’t miss out!
- Serums or ampoules
Next up is a treatment over the essence. Consider using a serums, booster, or ampoule to treat the skin issues that you’re most concerned about. That may be acne, wrinkles, dehydration etc. This step helps target large pores, dull skin, wrinkles, pigmentation and a host of other skin concerns that you want to be gone or improved.
- Mask Sheet
Sheet masks are the soul of Korean skincare if the essences are the heart. Plus, sheet masks are super easy to apply. All you have to do is put one on your face and relax for 20-30 minutes. Use the masks at least once or twice a week…they are really affordable.
- Eye cream
You must use eye cream to hydrate and protect the delicate skin around your eyes. Gently apply the cream around the orbital bone. Be sure to avoid the water line unless you want to spend some time with watery eyes!
Okay, you probably know about this already. Moisturizer is essential for glowing skin as it hydrates and nourishes.
- Sun protection
Gently pat and SPF cream over your face and neck. Don’t forget to use sun protection every time you step out of home. You can surely afford to spend a couple of minutes wearing sunscreen to protect yourself from the harmful UV rays.
