Orders placed before 22:30 Monday To Friday are delivered the next day in the Netherlands. If your order is placed on Saturday the estimated delivery is Monday and for orders placed on Sunday the estimated delivery is Tuesday.

Shipping methods

The Netherlands

Delivered by DHL or PostNL

Your order will be delivered by courier of your choice on working days between 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. and on Saturdays during the day. If you are not at home for the first delivery, the package will be offered to the neighbors, if possible. If this does not work, the package will be delivered directly to a pick-up location. You will receive a message about this in your letterbox. The package is still available for 7 days at the pick-up location.


Europe (EU)

Delivered by DHL, Bpost, DPD or GLS

Your order will be by the courier on working days between 9 AM and 9:30 PM and on Saturdays during the day. If you are not at home for the first delivery, the package will be offered to the neighbors, if possible. You will receive a message in your mailbox.

Order information and returns


I want to cancel/change my order

We can still cancel/edit your order as long as the order is not in transit. Please reach out to us by visiting our:  CONTACT PAGEMake sure to include your order number. That way we are able to help get the concern resolved as soon as possible.

How do i return my items?

Returns will only be accepted if the items concerned are in perfect condition and are unused. They must be posted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service by visiting our: CONTACT PAGE.


GOOD TO KNOWS...

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
  • Depending on the country you're from and the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approx 30 days.

I think my address is wrong on my order?

We can still edit your address as long as the order is not in transit. Please reach out to us by visiting our:  CONTACT PAGE.   Make sure to include your order number and new address. That way we are able to help get the concern resolved as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;


  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

How do i track my order?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your Account and track your order. If you haven't received this email yet, don't worry. Our teams are working around the clock to dispatch your order.

Customs & import fees

No customs fees are required for shopping at our websites in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria , France and throughout the EU. For all other stores, you may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority.
